We, the Executive Committee of the Iron County Republican Party, do our best to keep this site up to date with all the local political events. However, we know that there are many more events that do not get posted either because we are not aware of them or we don't get a chance to post. We encourage anyone reading this post to help us by posting relevant local political events to keep us all informed and aware of what is going on in the community.

Thanks to all those willing to serve. Congratulations to our new city councilmen!

One of the issues that is on the agenda, for the August 27 meeting of State Central Committee, is a proposed change to the day of the 2012 caucus meetings. As your representative to the SCC, I would like your opinion about changing caucuses to Thursday instead of the traditional Tuesday. 

The State Party has provided the following video which talks about the pros and cons of changing the day of the caucuses.
